These terms cover remodeling work by Baldemar Remodeling. They are written to be read.
A quote is based on what you describe and what your photos show. Remodeling opens walls, and walls keep secrets — old plumbing, hidden water damage, framing that isn't where it should be. If what we find changes the job, we stop and talk before the work continues, never after. The price does not grow behind your back.
Mid-project changes are normal in remodeling — a different tile, a wider vanity, one more outlet. Every change you request gets a clear price and your yes before it happens, so the final bill never contains a surprise you didn't order.
A remodel means days of coming and going. We agree on work hours and an entry plan once, and it stays the plan. Keys and codes are handled with care, never labeled with your address, and returned when the job ends. The rooms we are not remodeling get protected from the one we are — dust and debris stay contained, and the workday ends with the site picked up.
You approve the selections that define the result — cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures — before they are ordered. If something you chose is unavailable or delayed, you hear about it right away, with options, instead of discovering a substitute already on your wall.
We may photograph jobs we complete for our records and marketing. Photos show the work — never your address, faces, valuables or anything that identifies your home. Tell us if you would rather we did not; that is always fine.
