Summer in Santee is real heat — the inland side of East County runs well past the coast, and the 70s-90s houses here were not built with modern cooling in mind. Our everyday AC work is the clean mini-split install: the head mounted straight, the line set routed neat, the outdoor unit set level — and the system sized for the actual rooms, because an undersized unit runs all day and an oversized one cools badly. Larger AC units and replacements get the same order of operations: sized right first, installed clean second.
